Refund policy

Returns 

Refunds will not be given for change of mind. Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Refunds will only be given if we can not replace a damaged item. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and you must pay for return shipping costs.
Additional non-returnable items:
Gift cards
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Sale items
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

In the cases we agree to refund your order a handling and restocking fee of 5% will be deducted from the sale price and the rest will be refunded.
