How to use: Allow your butter to soften then press it firmly into the lid, ensuring there are no gaps or air pockets around the inside edges. Fill the base with approximately 2cm of salted water. When the lid is put in place, the water should cover the bottom of the lid. This creates an airlock to keep your butter fresh and stable. For best results, change water every 2-3 days.
